Outside!!!

Spring brings such wonderful times outside. Taylor and Jeriah went to DI (Deseret Industries) a little bit ago and came home with a remote control truck. We've also gotten a few other toys for the boys to play with outside, like a shovel and rake, buckets, balls, a tee-ball set, plastic horseshoes, trucks, etc. Most of the items came to us either free or were extremely cheap, and now they have their own plastic tub of toys to demolish at their own leisure.

Jeriah is serious about the remote control car. He runs around the patio, holding the controller and making the truck chase him around. When Jeriah puts the controller down for any reason, Lukas is right there trying to take over and figure the thing out. But he never gets the chance because Jeriah just can't stomach having Lukas touch the precious toy. I did get a rare picture of Lukas actually playing with the truck, shown below.

Jeriah also got a new bike. Taylor bought him the bike while the kids and I were visiting family in Oregon, so when Jeriah got home he had an exciting and new toy to play with. He's gotten it down, all except the braking part, and pedals around the patio happily whenever he gets the chance.
